Registration is now open for the 2026 Canton Golf Club Championship & Family Picnic, taking place Saturday & Sunday, August 22–23.

Whether you’re looking to compete for a club championship, the Fred Threewitt Award, or simply enjoy a fun weekend with fellow members and their families, we encourage everyone to participate.

Championship Divisions

All players must declare their division before the tournament begins. Your division determines the tees you will play, and your division and tee selection cannot be changed once the tournament has started.

Club Championship

• Open to all ages
• White/Blue Tees

Senior Championship

• Ages 50–69
• Green/White Tees

Super Senior Championship

• Ages 70 and over
• Red/Green Tees

Fred Threewitt Award

In addition to our gross championships, this is also a handicapped event. Each player’s Course Handicap will be calculated using their Handicap Index and the tees from which they are competing.

The player posting the lowest overall net score, regardless of division, will be recognized as the Overall Net Champion and will receive the Fred Threewitt Award.

Family Picnic

Following play on Sunday, we’ll gather for our annual Family Picnic. Members are encouraged to bring their families and a favorite side dish or dessert to share as we celebrate another great championship weekend together. When registering, please let us know:

• Whether you’ll be attending the picnic
• How many family members or guests you’ll be bringing
• What side dish or dessert you plan to bring
