This year’s Club Championship was played with a little heavier heart as we remembered our longtime member, friend, and Board Member Steve Brown, who recently passed away.
It was our privilege to name this year’s tournament the Steve Brown Memorial Club Championship in his honor. Steve was a special part of Canton Golf Club for many years, and his friendship and contributions to our club will not be forgotten.
As we celebrate another great weekend of golf, we congratulate our 2026 champions:
Josh Ledford also earned the Fred Threewitt Low Gross Champion honor, competing with a 0 handicap.
Congratulations to Josh, Wes, and Steve, and thank you to everyone who played and helped make the weekend special.
Most importantly, thank you, Steve Brown, for the years, friendships, and memories you gave Canton Golf Club. This championship was played in your honor, and you were certainly missed.
